Edit the CV you’ll actually send. AI changes nothing without your OK.

The layout keeps itself tidy while you write. Ask AI to improve the whole CV or just the part you select. Every suggestion arrives as a change you accept, reject or swap for an alternative.

The CV editor, starting empty. Pat Hollis’s name is typed, a typo fixed, then a title, contact details and a summary with spelling mistakes. The summary is selected and improved with “Make it shorter”; of the versions that come back, “Survived four restructurings, three office moves and one very long fire drill. Makes meetings shorter.” is accepted. Two roles are added and typed out, Office Manager and Head of Operations, and the second is dragged above the first. Finally Improve CV suggests three Changes across the CV, and each is accepted or rejected in turn.

What you edit is what you send

Bring your CV in, edit it as it will look in the PDF, and download it when it’s ready. Editing, downloading and copying never use AI credits.

  1. 01 — Import

    Bring your CV in

Your words come in as they are, and any suggested changes wait for your OK.

    • Upload a PDF
    • Paste the text from any document
    • Or start blank
The upload area of a new CV. A PDF is dragged in and dropped; a progress overlay ticks off Reading your PDF, Reading your CV and Suggesting Changes. Then the CV appears in the editor line by line, in its original words, typos and all.
  2. 02 — Edit

Edit it right on the page

No forms, and no “Step 3 of 7”. The page you see is the page you edit.

    • Click any line and type
    • Select several lines, even across sections, to delete, cut or paste them
    • Undo anything that doesn’t work
The CV editor. A word is typed into a line, another selected and deleted, a third replaced by typing over it. Then two lines are selected together, deleted and replaced by a new one, and Undo, clicked twice, brings the two lines back.
  3. 03 — Organise

Add, remove and reorder; the layout keeps up

Headings, dates and spacing stay consistent however much you change.

    • Open an entry’s menu from its grip to duplicate, move or remove it
    • Drag entries into the order you want
Work experience in the CV editor, empty at first. Add role adds a role, and its title, company, dates and a line are typed in; a second role is added the same way. The newer role is dragged above the older one, then the older one’s grip opens a menu with Duplicate, Move up, Move down and Remove; Remove is chosen and confirmed.
  4. 04 — Export

    Download or copy it

Always free, with or without AI credits.

    • Download a PDF that looks just like the page
    • Copy it as plain text
    • Save it to your account and pick up where you left off
The editor’s export menu offers Download PDF, a Word document coming soon, and Copy as text. Download PDF is chosen, and the PDF’s first page looks just like the CV in the editor.

AI suggests, you decide

Ask for exactly the help you want, and check every word before it becomes part of your CV.

  • A line of Ines’s CV, “Wrote 300 help articles, at least two of which someone has read all the way through.”, with a suggested Change, its review open on the suggestion. The next arrow steps to Alternative 1, sliding it in. Show all lists both versions with their reasons, and the suggestion, “Wrote 300 help articles, at least two of them read all the way through.”, is picked back from the list.

Pick the wording that sounds like you

Most suggestions come with up to three Alternatives. Try each one in place before you accept.

  • A line of Ines’s CV, “Kept the support inbox under 50 emails, mostly by unsubscribing it from everything.”. Only “mostly by unsubscribing it from everything” is selected, and “Make this sound like a strategy” is typed into the composer and sent. The selected words glint while the AI works, then come back as a Change, “through a disciplined subscription review”, with its review open; the rest of the line stays as it was.

    Change only what you select

Select any line and say what you want. Only that line changes; the rest of your CV stays as you left it.

  • Keeps to your facts

Suggestions reword what you wrote. They don’t add employers, skills, metrics or results your CV doesn’t support.

  • Keeps your voice

Wording gets clearer and tighter, and nobody turns into a “passionate, results-driven team player”.

  • Edits like a CV editor

Leads with what you did and cuts filler and unsupported self-praise. Section names, dates and formatting stay as you wrote them.
